Diagnostics
Our technicians can troubleshoot and diagnose common problems associated with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and other equipment. In some cases, your equipment may need a simple adjustment. In others, the problem may require more complex exploration and/or extensive testing and assessment strategies. Our technician will take the time necessary to diagnose the problem and discuss a repair plan with you.

Repairs
Repairs may be simple or complex with fitness equipment. Our technicians can perform many common repairs to get your equipment back in good working order. In some cases, replacing one or more parts may be necessary to complete a repair. The technician will gather information and provide a quote, discuss, and answer your questions regarding the process.
Replacement Parts
Replacement Parts
Depending on circumstances, we may be able to order replacement parts or we can assist you in ordering parts you need from your equipment's manufacturer (if not purchased from us). In either case, our technicians can replace parts on your machine to restore function and/or complete a repair.
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance
We strongly recommend having regular maintenance performed on your equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment, as well as home gyms, can be kept in optimal condition and last longer with proper maintenance at regular intervals. The tasks vary with the piece of equipment; our technicians will complete a checklist of service tasks and assessments and will operate the machine as a final evaluation that all is functioning as expected. We can coordinate PM appointments for 1 piece of equipment, 2 pieces, or a roomfull.
Relocations
Relocations
On the move with your equipment? Or need a piece of equipment moved from one floor to another, or one site to another? Our installers can handle relocations or repositions for treadmills, ellipticals, gyms, and other pieces.
They'll disassemble (as needed), transport, and reassemble at second location. Your machine will be in safe hands and you can be assured it will be reassembled properly. We can relocate one piece, several pieces, or a room of equipment.
